Thirty years ago, I ended a seven year relationship with a malignant narcissistic. I gave him my life and erased my own.

Three years ago, I talked about it for the first time.

Two years ago, I got sober.

Then healing began and continues.

Now, I advocate. And write.

I write about identity, narcissism, domestic violence, sobriety, healing and, advocacy.

When not writing, I sometimes enjoy a full time sales career in the Contract furniture industry.

I completed two years of writing courses at the University of Michigan Residential College and later returned to complete a BFA in Interior Design and an MBA.

I serve as a Response Team volunteer advocate for SafeHouse Center. We provide immediate crisis intervention to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. The team engages with survivors by phone, at the hospital or county jail.
